Manages and directs the Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Employment Program for the commander of the Savannah District. Serves as principal advisor to the district's commander for EEO to assist in the accomplishment of the district mission. Manages the EEO complaints processing system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitors and assesses the climate of the Savannah District activities to ensure that human resource management of civilians complies with EEO/affirmative employment principals and requirements.
