HARTWELL LAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROGRAM
VISION
The Hartwell Project will provide ethical stewardship of public land and water
resources, flood control and hydropower production readiness, balancing
competing demands and exceeding customer expectations.
MISSION
The Hartwell Project provides excellence in leadership, reliable customer
service and facility maintenance to optimize public benefits through
authorized project purposes.
The Hartwell Project
Customer Service Team was established in 1992. Hartwell Lake team members
met over several years to develop, implement, and report on performance
measures relating to customer satisfaction. While improvements have been
made, the Corps realizes that customer service must be continuous and
ongoing.
