The Savannah District Contracting Division’s mission is to provide contracting services of the highest quality to our customers on a timely and cost effective basis, while maintaining the public’s trust and fulfilling public policy objectives. As an integral member of project delivery teams, we serve as the catalyst in advancing effective acquisition planning, strategies, and innovative practices. We strive to be a highly skilled, highly motivated, professional team effectively using technology, continuously improving, and partnering with our customers. Customers’ needs, best value, maximum competition, compliance with applicable regulations and laws, and support of small business/socio-economic programs are key in our endeavors to support the District’s missions and the interests of the region.

IDIQ Contracts

An indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract provides for an indefinite quantity, within stated limits, of services during a fixed period of time. Task orders are placed for individual requirements. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Savannah District awards SATOC (Single Award Task Order Contract) or MATOC (Multiple Award Task Order Contract) contracts. Requirements awarded under MATOC contracts are competed among a pool of contractors. SATOC task orders are negotiated with a single contractor. Savannah District’s current IDIQ contracts and contractors are shown in the links below:

  • COS Construction Pools
    Savannah District is the COS (Center of Standardization) for the following facility types:
    - Company Operations Facilities
    - Tactical Equipment Maintenance
    - Brigade Operations Complex
    - Brigade/Battalion Headquarters: Administration
    - Command/Control: Division Headquarters & Corps Headquarters: Admin/Operations
    - Deployment Facility

  • Environmental Contracts - Environmental Services, Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization support Abatement, Restoration, Building Demolition and Earthwork

  • Reimbursable Construction Contracts - Operations and Maintenance funded projects

  • AE Contractors - Design Contracts used to develop Request for Proposals (RFP), 100% Design, Master Planning, Surveying and Value Engineering

  • Regional Construction Contracts - Contracts that can be used anywhere in the South Atlantic Division (SAD) and other federal facilities outside SAD.

  • SAM.gov - The single government point-of-entry (GPE) for Federal government procurement opportunities over $25,000. Government agencies are able to publicize their business opportunities by posting information directly to FedBizOpps.   
  • Acquisition Central - The website for the federal acquisition community and the government's business partners. From this site you can access shared systems and tools to help you conduct business efficiently.
  • U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) - An independent agency of the federal government created to aid, counsel, assist and protect the interests of small business concerns, to preserve free competitive enterprise and to maintain and strengthen the overall economy of our nation.
  • System for Award Management (SAM) - The primary registrant database for the U.S. federal government. SAM collects, validates, stores and disseminates data in support of agency acquisition missions.
  • Contractor Manpower Reporting Application (CMRA) - Designed to collect information on funding source, contracting vehicle, organization supported, mission and function performed, and labor hours and costs for contracted efforts providing services to the Department of the Army from contractors and Army activities requiring contracted services from supporting contracting offices.
     
  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) - The next generation of tools to collect subcontracting accomplishments.
