CLARKS HILL, S.C. -- Volunteers from Georgia Southern University build fish attractors using orange piping and cinder blocks on National Public Lands Day, Sept. 28, 2013. The fish attractors will be submerged in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers J. Strom Thurmond Lake to provide cover for fish and enhance habitat.
