Soldiers of the 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team "Vanguard Brigade" at Fort Stewart, Ga., sing the Army Song at a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of a $306 million barracks complex. The complex includes administrative facilities, a medical facility, dining facility and gym. The project was designed and constructed under the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Savannah District military construction program.
