Savannah District's Chief of Engineering Gordon Simmons presents a plaque on behalf of the Savannah Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) to Mowdood Yassin, Afghanistan Builders Association president in October 2014. SAME purchased a set of American Society for Testing and Materials Standards enabling the Afghanistan Builders Association to perform laboratory validations to USACE standards.
