Matthew Delano, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District Geotechnical and Hazardous, Toxic, Radioactive Waste branch chief, retires after 43 years of federal service with the District. Delano plans to travel Iceland with his wife and spend more time with family during his retirement years.
