Email Notification of Public Notices and Attachments

Under the Corps' Regulatory Program, a public notice is the primary method for advising all interested parties of a proposed activity for which a permit is sought. Soliciting comments and information necessary to evaluate the probable impacts on the public interest. Public notices are also published to inform the public about new or proposed regulations, policies, guidance or permit procedures.

Starting June 1, 2024, only those individuals or groups, who are subscribed to the system implemented in 2022 (Listserv), will receive an electronic notification to include all attachments of any Public Notices within the region(s) you identified. If you have previously subscribed, you do not need to take any additional action.  To subscribe, please complete this form and e-mail to cesas-rd@usace.army.mil or mail to: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers ATTN: CESAS-RD, 100 West Oglethorpe Avenue, Savannah, Georgia 31401-3604.
